Following a brief phone screening/triage, callers will have the option of scheduling a face-to-face assessment with one of our licensed professional staff. In the intake assessment, you will have an opportunity to review your issues confidentially and work with our assessment staff to determine the most appropriate service to meet your unique needs. Services may include outpatient therapy, medication, case management or other options based on your needs.

At the time of your face to face screening, please bring information on any current medications you are taking, information on previous treatment you may have received and who provided that treatment, and your insurance information. If you choose, you may also bring a family member or significant other with you to the appointment.
