The Specialty Services Manager provides oversight and management of assigned CVBH specialty services, in coordination with the Clinical Officer, Operations Officer, and Medical Director.
The Specialty Services Manager supervises the LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) case managers, MORES (Mobile Outreach, Response, Engagement, and Stabilization) Team, Population Health Case Manager, Hospital Discharge Team, supports brief therapy and evening “Express Care” services, and assures prompt and accurate data and outcome reporting for all assigned programs as it relates to grants and other funding streams.
The Specialty Services Manager works with other Outpatient Managers and Burke Center staff to assure a smooth transition of consumer services between CVBH programs, and to identify and prevent any gaps in service to the consumer. Position is responsible for primary backup of Burke and Catawba outpatient consumer needs such as completing assessments, triage, meeting with consumers, etc. Support of Burke consumer needs may be done by telemedicine or in person.
The Specialty Services Manager provides technical assistance, consultation, and support to all CVBH sites and programs regarding clinical issues when the Clinical Officer is unavailable. The Specialty Services Manager attends Management Team and QPIC meetings; and participates in other committees, teams, work groups, and task forces as required.
This full-time position may require a non-traditional work schedule.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed professional. Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, LPA, LPC.
- Master’s Degree
- 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
