Thank you so much for being active in the use of your patient portal!!! I have been informed of a few areas where things may be keeping people from being able to get into their patient portal. See if doing any of these steps first will help you be able to get in.
Q: How do I know where to go to get back in to my patient portal after I have gone in the first time?
A: You can access your patient portal quickly by going on to CVBH’s website www.cvbh.org and click on the Patient Portal under Patient Portal in the main menu. This will take you to your log in place.
Q: I used the link from the invitation email, but it is not accepting the password.
A: #1 make sure that you do not have a space at the first or the end of the password if you copied and pasted.
#2 Click on the submit button vs. pushing enter.
#3 Try another web browser such as Internet Explorer.
#4 If these methods do not work, please call 828-695-5900 to speak with the Quality management department.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: This is an option on the sign in page for the patient portal. Click the “forgot password” button and it will guide you through verification of who you are prior to allowing you to change your password.
Q: It says that I am locked out, what do I do?
A: Reach out to the Quality Management department at 828-695-5900 so that your password can be reset.
